By downloading, accessing, or using the Lanbi Nation app or website (LanbiNation.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Lanbi Nation.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Caribbean Integration Community Development (CICD), a nonprofit organization operating Lanbi Nation.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lanbi Nation. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the app, you represent that:
You are at least 13 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You are not prohibited from using the app under any applicable law
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate registration information
You must notify us immediately at info@lanbination.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Lanbi Nation Fan Rewards Program is a free promotional loyalty program. Rewards are granted at no cost — no purchase, deposit, wager, or stake is required at any time.
Rewards function as promotional credits, legally equivalent to airline miles or retail loyalty points. They are not currency, securities, or financial instruments.
Rewards are earned through in-app engagement including:
Match predictions (correct or opening day)
Digital horn blasts during goal events
Daily app logins
Referring friends who install the app
Earning fan badges
Sharing Moment Booth photos
Reward amounts are set by Lanbi Nation and may be changed at any time without notice.
Current amounts are displayed in the app under the Rewards section of your Profile.
The rewards program operates under daily and tournament-wide budget caps.
Once caps are reached, no further rewards are issued for that period. Caps reset daily.
Reward balances have no guaranteed cash value until a withdrawal is successfully processed.
Lanbi Nation makes no representations about the future value of any crypto asset distributed as a reward.
Minimum withdrawal balance: $1.00 USD equivalent
Processing time: within 7 business days
You must provide a valid wallet address for your selected crypto type
Lanbi Nation is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses you provide
Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended for compliance review
Lanbi Nation reserves the right to modify, suspend, pause, or permanently discontinue the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
If the program is discontinued, any accumulated balance will be paid out within 30 days to users who have met the minimum withdrawal threshold.
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from rewards you receive.
Lanbi Nation does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.
Crypto assets distributed as rewards (including USDC, USDT, Bitcoin, cUSD, or others) are subject to market volatility.
Lanbi Nation is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
Lanbi Nation is strictly a fan engagement and entertainment platform.
Match predictions are for entertainment purposes only
No real money is wagered at any time
Lanbi Nation is not a sports betting platform and does not facilitate gambling
Rewards are free promotional credits, not winnings from a wager
Users in jurisdictions where sweepstakes, loyalty rewards, or crypto are regulated should ensure compliance with their local laws before participating in the rewards program.
You agree not to:
Create multiple accounts to exploit the rewards program
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn rewards
Manipulate, hack, or exploit any feature of the app
Post illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content in fan rooms
Impersonate other users, teams, or public figures
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm other users
Share another user’s private information without consent
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any reward balance.
When you post content in fan rooms, share Moment Booth photos, or submit any content through the app, you grant Lanbi Nation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the app.
You represent that:
You own or have the rights to any content you post
Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
Your content does not violate any applicable law
You retain ownership of your content.
We will not sell your content to third parties.
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and features of Lanbi Nation are the property of Caribbean Integration Community Development (CICD) or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app or website
Use the Lanbi Nation name, logo, or branding without written permission
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the app
Lanbi Nation integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
DraftKings and FanDuel (affiliate links)
Crypto payment processors (Circle, Zebedee, Strike, Tether, Bitso, Chipper Cash)
Push notification providers
Analytics platforms
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
Lanbi Nation is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Affiliate links to daily fantasy sports platforms are provided for entertainment.
Daily fantasy sports may not be legal in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with your local laws before using any linked third-party platform.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
LANBI NATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT MATCH DATA OR SCORES WILL BE ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES, OR THAT REWARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY SPECIFIC TIME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CICD AND LANBI NATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or reward balances due to technical failures
Financial losses arising from crypto market volatility
Any damages exceeding $100 USD in aggregate
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CICD, Lanbi Nation, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the app
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms at any time.
We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
